Designer's Notes

There is a geometry older than any single culture — the Greek key, or meander: a pattern of continuous, interlocking right angles that has moved through ancient architecture, classical textiles, and now the wrist of the Méandre Noir. Cast in 925 Italian sterling silver, the elongated ID bar at the centre of this bracelet carries an engraved Greek key motif finished with a deliberate oxidised darkening, throwing the pattern into sharp relief. Flanking the engraving, two rows of flush-set black cubic zirconia stones run the full length of the plate — deep, light-absorbing, adding a contrast to the high-polish Cuban curb chain on either side that shifts from matte to mirror depending on the angle. At 23.19 grams across 22 centimetres, the Méandre Noir is heavy enough to be felt, structured enough to be seen, and restrained enough to wear without explanation. The lobster clasp closes through a precision jump ring. Presented in a Fine Silver gift box with certificate of authenticity, polishing cloth, and branded bag.
