Designer's Notes

A rope chain does not merely connect two ends — it tells a story of tension held in perfect balance. Each link of the Torsade Italienne is drawn, twisted, and soldered by hand in the Italian tradition: two strands spiralling around each other in an uninterrupted helix that catches light from every angle, shifting from bright white to deep shadow as the wrist moves. Stamped “ITALY” and “925” directly onto the connector tags at either side of the lobster clasp, the craftsmanship is declared without need for explanation. At 10.33 grams across 21.5 centimetres, this bracelet sits close to the wrist with a weight that is present but never heavy — the kind of piece that becomes a habit. It reads equally well against the rolled sleeve of a formal shirt and the bare wrist of a summer afternoon.
