By opting for the Jewellery Care Service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. This service covers cleaning, polishing, inspection, and minor repairs of jewellery purchased from Fine Silver / FR SILVER.
2. Eligibility & Scope
Available only for jewellery sold by us.
Services include cleaning, polishing, stone checks, clasp/link inspection, minor adjustments.
Major repairs, replacement of severely damaged parts, or redesigns are not included.
3. Service Fee & Payment
Fees per published rate on website/branch.
Full payment required before service.
Shipping cost (if applicable) borne by the customer.
4. Processing Time & Delivery
Estimated service: 3β7 business days.
Delays or additional work will be notified.
Safe packaging/shipping is customer responsibility; we are not liable for transit loss/damage unless supervised.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Jewellery must be sent in original condition.
Declare existing damage/issues.
We inspect upon receipt; additional issues require approval before proceeding.
6. Exclusions & Limitations
Major structural damage, missing stones, altered items not covered.
Cleaning/polishing does not guarantee brand-new condition.
Not liable for pre-existing damage, consequential loss, or loss/stolen items.
7. Warranty of the Care Service
Service performed with reasonable skill and care.
Notify within [7 days] if unsatisfied; we may correct the work or refund service fee.
8. Intellectual Property & Use of Images
We may take photos/videos for service records.
With consent, anonymised images/videos may be used for promotions or education.
