At Fine Siver, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all certificates, tags, and seals intact.

  • The product must be in resellable condition and free from any damage, scratches, or alterations.

Please note:
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and personalized or custom-made jewellery (e.g., engraved or made-to-order pieces) cannot be returned or refunded, except in the case of manufacturing defects.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Custom-made or engraved items

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers

  • Items purchased on final sale or marked as “non-returnable”

  • Items showing signs of wear, resizing, or alteration


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original method of payment.

  • Shipping charges, customs duties, and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.


4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Items damaged during shipping

  • Incorrect items received

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order.


5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 3 days of delivery at thefinesilver925@gmail.com with photos and order details.

  • We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping.


6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item).

  • All returns must be shipped via a trackable courier service.

  • Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.


7. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at thefinesilver925@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to the provided address.

  4. We’ll notify you once your return is processed.


8. Compliance with Saudi eCommerce Law

This policy is designed in accordance with the Saudi E-Commerce Law (Royal Decree No. M/126, 2019), which grants consumers the right to return goods within 7 days of receipt, provided they remain in original condition and are not excluded by law (such as custom or perishable items).
